With all the recent bombing strikes against Iranian facilities, Iran has doubled its air patrols . . .

The Plan

Is to not get bogged down in combat, turn 1 all aircraft will arrive at altitude 4, the F-4E Phantoms will try the protect the RF-4E Phantom allowing it to take the recon pictures and bug out ASAP.

The Plan

Hopefully the SA-2 Site can pose a hazard/threat to the Iranian aircraft, the MiG's will arrive on turn 2 at altitude 4 and try to take down the Iranian craft as fast as possible.

Set up


TURN 1

The three Phantoms arrived in formation, lieutenant Zare manages to take photos of the Iraqi facility.

TURN 2

The Iraqi MiG's arrive,

The Phantoms prepare to RTB, while the MiG's swing in on their tail, Lieutenant Fayad manages to aquire a lock on Musah Taha and luanches an R-60. The Fan-Song Radar tries to aquire a target but the Phantoms ECM defeats it.

TURN 3

The Phantoms disengage and RTB with the recon Photos.

AFTERMATH

Not much to say really, short game, the Iranians performed their mission with no losses.
